Returning a product

How long can you return products?

According to the Dutch Law Distance Selling you have after making purchases over the internet the right to a cooling-off period
of 14 days after delivery of the product.

Your return of the product must be in our possession within 14 calendar days after receipt of your product.
If you opt for credit, we will refund the purchase price within 4 days after termination back into your account.

How to return your product?

Within the return period, you can return the item in new condition and complete with original packaging and accessories without giving any reason.
If you want to return items, you can easily give notification of this return via an email message to: administrator@zwaanschaatsenservice.nl
Once we have received your return, we send an e-mail confirmation.
After a maximum of four working days, the amount paid by you you will be returned in your bank account.
