Delivery of your order

 

After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation with an order code and a link to your order history.

This allows you to log into your personal account to track the status of your order.
Once your order is sent by us, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code of UPS.
With this code, you can check at www.ups.com where your package is and when it is offered.

Depending on the stock position at the time of receipt of your payment, your package is delivered.
If your order is complete stock, then your package will be shipped the same day (if ordered before 17:00 CET and paid).
International orders are usually delivered within 4 working days.
If not in stock: We will inform you as soon as possible if a product is unexpectedly not or temporarily no longer available.
